Basically i cut down fried food now .

 I stop eating snacky snacky food or fried to get a healthier and better body

And it's really works XD

So effective u know ! 

My 26 inches fit jeans become loose than before 

Before it was like so tight till i cant breath

I'm so happy now =)

And also can reduce the risk of cancer if i din eat the fried food
